Yesha Pandya obtained her Master’s degree in Commerce from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad in 2021. She worked as an Assistant (Finance) and Back Office Executive in Royal Enfield, Ahmedabad, for about one year and as an Accountant in IROMEGA Industries for four years.

She joined GMRICS as an Assistant – Finance in August 2024 and got promoted to Senior Assistant in August 2025. She deals with financial operations, budgeting, and compliance, supporting the organization’s financial planning and reporting functions. She also handles the responsibilities of the HR group.

Kajal S. Vaghela obtained her Master’s degree in commerce from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad in 2021. She started her professional career as an Assistant at GMRICS in April 2025. She is handling administrative and HR related responsibilities in GMRICS.
