As part of our ongoing research and exploration initiatives related to critical minerals, GMRICS conducted a petrological and geochemical study of the host rock to develop a petrogenetic model. In this context, a scientific training program aimed at building the capacity of our scientists, focusing on igneous and geochemical processes and relevant techniques, was organised in the Ambaji area (Gujarat) from February 28 to March 4, 2025. Professor Sen Sarma from Lucknow University visited Ambaji during this period, engaging in extensive discussions and interactions with GMRICS Geo Scientists and providing training to young geologists.
