A two-day inter-employee tournament was organised by GMDC at the Copper Project, Ambaji (CPA). Employees of GMRICS at CPA, along with team GMDC participated in various sports events. They secured victories in cricket, volleyball and badminton, showcasing exceptional skill, teamwork, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm throughout the tournament.

International Women’s Day was celebrated at Hyatt Regency, Ahmedabad for the remembrance of the immense value of women employees of GMRICS-GMDC. It provided a wonderful platform to all the women employees across all designation to connect, share and celebrate together.

In the Mine Safety week, organized by GMDC at Kadipani, Ambadungar, Director R&D and Project Manager were invited as Guest. Safety standards for working mines were discussed for working mines by Safety inspection officer and Short drama skit were performed by GMDC school children. Director R&D honoured the top-performing students from both GMDC Fluorspar Nagar and GMDC Atul Vidyalaya schools, distributing awards for their achievements. Concurrently, technical sessions were held to inspect drilled cores and to ensure drilling and logging accuracy across all active sites and field traverses were conducted in the eastern zone of the Ambadungar mines.
