GMRICS executed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with several reputed academic institutions including IITs for academic cooperation and inducted fresh graduates from the
universities through campus interviews into GMRICS with an aim to train, develop and build a skilled workforce capable of addressing challenges in greenfield and brownfield mineral exploration. The details of recruitment are as follow:
